The young and talentuous founder of the Nortribal collective Dj Javier Estrada just released a free ep you can grab here !

This guarachero music vibe is a return to pre-colonialist sounds, to both Aztec and native american indian influences. Panflutes, tribal percussions and a brillant electronic production and instantly you feel like in an open air party dancing with Aztec dudes. It has an amazing power to suggest you this prehispanic imagery, standing in our collective unconscious.

Exploring his work you’ll realize that this kid got a great culture. Both electronic music and nu-floklore global influences are part of it: dubstep, transe, kuduro, cumbia…I really trust in his very imaginative mind!
